1. Payment Policy
By placing a custom order with Wear X Apparel, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment terms:

All custom order payments are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted once payment is made.

Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received and cleared.

Payment methods accepted will be specified at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds before placing an order.
2. No Liability for Fraudulent Payments

Wear X Apparel is not responsible for fraudulent transactions initiated by the customer or any third party.

The end user assumes full responsibility for any and all payments made for custom orders.

If a fraudulent payment is used to place an order, Wear X Apparel is not liable for any resulting disputes, chargebacks, or legal claims.

In cases where fraud is suspected, Wear X Apparel reserves the right to cancel or hold an order until verification is complete.
3. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Customers agree not to dispute or charge back any payments made for custom orders.

Any disputes must be resolved directly with Wear X Apparel. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested to the fullest extent.
4. Agreement Acceptance
By submitting payment for a custom order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Custom Order Policy
By placing a custom order with Wear X Apparel, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Each custom order is uniquely designed and created based on the customer's specifications.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, every design is a one-off and exclusively made for a single user.

Customers must provide final design details, including text, graphics, sizing, and any other specific requirements, before production begins.
2. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

All sales are final on custom orders.

Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of each design, Wear X Apparel does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the case of a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details before confirming the order.
3. Design Approval & Production

Customers will receive a digital proof (if applicable) before production begins. Once approved, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Production times may vary based on the complexity of the order. Estimated completion times will be provided but are subject to change.
4. Liability & Responsibility

Wear X Apparel is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the final product if they were present in the design proof approved by the customer.

Customers must ensure they provide accurate sizing, spelling, and design details before final approval.
5. Agreement Acceptance
By placing a custom order with Wear X Apparel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
